Can I get a seasonal contract?
Yes. If your property is only open part of the year, you can activate a seasonal contract with cost suspension during closed months. This is ideal for beach resorts, ski lodges, farm stays and other properties with limited opening periods. Contact us for a custom quote.
Are there hidden costs or paid modules?
Absolutely not. All Lodge Easy features are included in every plan: full PMS, channel manager, booking engine, ISTAT and Questura integration, SDI invoicing, digital check-in and support. There are no separate modules, hidden activation fees or mandatory upselling. The price you see is the final price.
Is onboarding really free?
Yes, onboarding is completely free and included in every plan, no exceptions. Our team guides you through every step: importing your historical booking data, configuring rooms and rates, connecting your OTA portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and others), and full staff training. The process takes an average of 72 hours from first contact to full operation.
How does technical support work?
We offer direct support via chat, email and phone with our Italian team. We don't use ticketing systems or automated responses: you speak directly with the people who know the product. Support is included in every plan, with no limits on calls or messages. We know switching PMS can be a delicate moment, which is why we stay by your side even after onboarding.
Can I change plans if my property grows?
Of course. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and the price automatically adjusts to the new number of rooms. There are no penalties for changing plans. If you open new rooms or acquire a larger property, simply update your plan from the control panel or contact our team.
How long is the subscription?
Lodge Easy has an annual subscription (12 months). The annual period allows us to offer you free onboarding, staff training and direct support at no extra cost, investing in your long-term success. There are no activation fees or exit penalties: upon expiration you can renew or export all your data at any time.
How is the price calculated?
The price is based exclusively on the number of rooms (or beds for hostels) in your property. The more rooms you have, the lower the cost per room. All features are included in every price tier, from Starter to Premium. You don't pay based on users, bookings or connected channels.
What happens to my data if I decide not to renew?
Your data always remains your property. At any time you can export all bookings, guest data, invoices and reports in standard formats (CSV, PDF). If you decide not to renew, we provide a grace period to download everything you need. We don't retain your data and guarantee full deletion upon request, in compliance with GDPR.
How long does it take to become operational?
Most properties are fully operational within 72 hours of account activation. Our team handles everything: data import, initial configuration, OTA connections and staff training. You don't have to worry about any technical aspect. If you have particular needs or a property with a lot of historical data, we plan a personalized schedule together.
Is Lodge Easy also suitable for small properties like B&Bs or agriturismi?
Yes, Lodge Easy is designed to accommodate properties of every size, from a 2-room B&B to a 100+ room hotel. The Starter plan starts at just €39/month for 1-4 rooms and includes all features, including free onboarding and direct support. Many of our clients are small family-run properties that have completely eliminated manual booking management.
Can I connect external software to Lodge Easy?
Absolutely. Lodge Easy is an all-in-one PMS with everything you need built in natively, but it's also an open system that welcomes external integrations. If you already use specific software for your business — such as F&B management, smart lock access, CRM or revenue management tools — we're happy to evaluate and develop custom integrations.
