Overview
Smart Key System is Lodge Easy's partner for smart access management. Once the integration is enabled for a property, Lodge Easy sends booking lifecycle events to Smart Key System so access control stays aligned with the reservation calendar.
Every create, update, delete, check-in and check-out is forwarded via the Smart Key System webhook. The property is identified by the Lodge Easy accommodation ID and the reservation by the booking ID — no duplicate data entry between PMS and access system.
The solution suits hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses that already use Smart Key System and want the PMS to drive access changes automatically, without extra configuration in the portal.
